going seventeen | comeback special: choi and boo's very good morning
premise:
parodying typical daytime talk shows, each member becomes a panelist or guest of boo seungkwan's show and talking about what they truly value in life

tbh not rlly any comments that are of substance here :p i don't generally tune into the comeback specials too much since they're all 'skit' type episodes and as i've said before those are my least favorite kinds! the ending was a high note for me with poongpoong's performances, especially once they hit other languages, but otherwise this was just ok to me. i did, however, like seeing the lore-drop that jo eul-ho actually is doing well (most predominantly in comparison to picheolin ㅠㅠ).
ranking:
concept: 6; they really leaned hard into the daytime talk show and the lengths + budget that they did to do so?! insane. but the setup of so many other fake characters like kim danbi or heo eojun fell flat for me ... and didn't feel as fun as other made up characters in the gose lore
chemistry: 3; again i feel like the skit episodes are restrictive on chemistry specifically but here, very predominantly so due to the show format. at least during the musical heirs and wonwoo's diary there was a lot of interactions as a group! this is why i liked the poongpoong part at the end most -- because it did just that!
enjoyment: 5; again mostly personal preference
